Mahatma phule jan arogya yojana maharashtra

Rajiv Gandhi Jeevandayi Arogya Yojana under the name of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojana from 1st April 2017 under Public Health Department, Government Resolution No. Raganyo-2016/64/part no 1/arogya 6 Dated 13 April 2017  avail benefits upto 1.5 lakhs


Eligibility :

 1.Eligible ration cards: - Yellow,orange AAY and annapurna
 2.Income limit set for citizens : upto 1 lac.
3.Insurance cover: upto 1.50 lakh per family per year.
4.Families distributed by Food and Civil Supplies Department as well as white ration card holder families in all districts of Aurangabad and Amravati division and Wardha in Nagpur division.

 These health insurance is classified in three groups 

CLASS A : Ration card holders Orange,yellow,AAY and annapurna

CLASS B : All the districts of Aurangabad and Amravati divisions as well as the farmers of Wardha in the division of Nagpur division are the beneficiaries of the scheme.

CLASS C : Students of Government Ashram School, Women of Government Women's Ashram, Children of Government Orphanage, Senior Citizens of Government Old Age Home, Journalists and their families as per norms from Information and Public Relations Office as well as construction and other construction workers and their families as determined by Labor Department are also beneficiaries of the scheme.
