APPLY FOR AVAIL BENEFITS UPTO 5 LAKH FOR HEALTH

Under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, more than 10 crore families will get benefits upto 5 lakh

Objective of scheme:

To attain the objective of All inclusive Wellbeing Scope (UHC), the dispatch of “Ayushman Bharat”, a major conspire of the Government of India, was prescribed by the National Wellbeing Arrangement 2017. The activity is outlined to meet the Maintainable Advancement Objectives (SDGs) and its underlined commitment, which points to "take off no one behind This program was launch on 2017


Steps to check your name in pmjay scheme


1.You have to login with your mobile number and find your family is listed in Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana.

2. You have to fill details like your name HHID number ,ration card number (you must have to fill minimum 5 input fill in form )

3.Then Submit 


 You do not have to make any application to take advantage of Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana. If your family is included in the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (ayushman Bharat) just check your name in list, then you can avail up to 5 lakh rupees per year per family in any listed hospital for medical treatment.

The following treatments are available free of cost under this scheme:

  • Medical examination, 
  • treatment 
  • counseling 
  • Expenses before hospitalization Medicines 
  •  medical consumables 
  • Non-intensive 
  • intensive health services Clinical  laboratory 
  • investigations Medical implantation services (where necessary) 
  • The cost of hospital stay The cost of hospital meals Complications arising during treatment Care for up to 15 days after hospitalization
